| Comments: enjoyed experience breakfast was great
a pity that the woman below me snored a bit.
i felt very safe which had actually been my main concern as a woman on my own.
directly opposite Albert Dock so super location great for a night or two. |

| Comments: The staff is very friendly reception, but the beds smells so bad, I had to pull the pajamas in the trash. The doors of the cabinets not fit enough to put a padlock. |

| Comments: A very helpful staff member on the front desk helped me sort out my mobile phone problems. I was grateful for her assistance given that the problem lay with my phone network in Australia! |

| Comments: They gave the same bed to two different guests, though the problem was solved further. Shower broken on the share bathroom. That is too much for a 4-star hostel. |

| Comments: Good location. Most rooms face busy main road. Breakfast good. Prices vary widely depending on availabilty - I booked at £21.95 7 weeks before, only to find bed was advertised at £17.95 the day before! Staff varied from excellent (male) to unhelpful (female). |

| Comments: I think the staff should be more about the area and be a little more helpful and accassionally have a smile on their faces. Basically it was just a hostel I have stayed in much better ones |

| Comments: I've given staff a very poor rating because I asked about doing a Goodison Park tour to one of the front desk staff and she told me I should be able to just turn up like at Anfield... I get there and tours only go at 11am and 1pm and I went there at 2!. Stupid girl. That was one of the reasons I went to Liverpool. If you don't know, don't give out wrong information!
Anyway, the hostel is pretty good otherwise. The breakfast provided is awesome. |

| Comments: We are enjoyed our stay at Liverpool YHA, Thank you. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I would say just the carpets and the en-suite bathroom needs an overhaul. The drains in the bathroom need checking for certain (Room 114). |

| Comments: Nice hostel and great location. Not too far from the central area of Liverpool but also not in the noisiest part. Staff were exceptionally helpful. Would definitely stay there again and I would recommend it if you are looking for a place to just sleep. |

| Comments: mould in the bathroom is a bit off putting but not as bad as others. Europe in general wants to charge for Wi-Fi which I find makes the hostel quite boring. Where free wi-fi is available in hostels, the atmosphere in the common areas is very upbeat. |

| Comments: Well equipped hostel with friendly and helpful staff. The room I was in was clean and tidy with lockers available in the room. There was a good choice of meals and snacks from the restaurant and freshly cooked. The cooked morning breakfast is excellent considering it is included with the price of the room and a nice addition. I would recommmend the YHA to anyone looking for a central hostel close to most attractions within the city centre. |
