Our luxury double bed room turned out to be a previous bathroom (the pipes were a dead giveaway) and we were given a bunk bed because nothing bigger could have fitted. The walls were horrible as they were thin cardboard and did not reach the ceiling! This resulted in hearing every single person who stumbled back drunk at 5am.

Lots of fun, good spacious rooms. Really nice staff. Clean sheets were given but the furniture looks abit too old and used for my liking. Toilets are okay, functional and relatively clean

The lady who works there is really cute and helpful, she helped me a lot... Location is very good, close to the metro station and supermarkets... Def recommended...

The flat was full of character in an old, grand building with amazing views across the river and the whole city. It was also good value for money, considering the location of the flat and our huge room!

The apartment at number 4 is horrible and old with holes in the walls. Its clean and dry and secure, so if you are stuck for accommation, it will do. You will have a much better time in number 10, so you should try request this when booking. I totally recommend this hostel at number 10! Location is excellent! There is quite a lot of traffic noise but you get used to it after the first night.

Also a light left on in the hallway disrupted our sleep and the light switch was in a locked office so we couldnt turn in off. Also internet was crap.

The quality of the doubles/twins differs enormously. In the end we got the 'master bedroom' next to the entrance, which was perfect. Showers could be cleaned more regularly, but are OK. Location is good: only two metro stops from the main train station, in the old jewish quartier and enough happening in this street.

The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The location is perfect for sightseeing and relaxing. We intend to visit it next year.

Excellent location right in the center of Budapest, just round the corner from the large synagogue. 10% discount given in a superb local and very very cheap Hungarian restaurant. We enjoyed our stay in Budapest very much. Only thing to consider is a strict no noise policy after 22:00. No problem for most backpackers but any stag nights etc, be aware.
